Leeper Consulting Services, founded in 2006, is a national provider of disability

management services to insurance carriers, third party administrators and employers. 

While these services are typically provided directly, LCS frequently works with brokers 

and their clients.

Utilizing specialized expertise and product knowledge, LCS is able to partner with 

clients to deliver meaningful and impactful solutions.

Michael Leeper CRC, CDMS is President and founder of Leeper Consulting Services.

Mike has over 30 years of experience in the field of disability management. Previously, Mike was Vice President of Claim Administration and Business development with the LEWISCO Group and Vice President of Claim Risk Management with John Hewitt and Associates. Mike also held leadership positions at UNUM and CIGNA. 

Mike has a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation from Springfield College and is a Certified 

Rehabilitation Counselor and a Certified Disability Management Specialist. He is a past 

President and a current Executive Board Member of the New England Claim Association.
